What to Expect on Your First Visit

Our priority is to make you feel welcome and comfortable. You will be greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff eager to assist you. Our New Patient Registration process will get you started with ease. Once you arrive at McConachie Dental, we will guide you on a tour of our brand new clinic, highlighting the aspects that make McConachie unique, such as our water filtration system, our Kids Program and our Laser Therapy Program. Following the tour, you will be seated in our Treatment Consult office where we will complete the Medical and Personal information with you step by step. All New Patients will receive a welcome package as well, including information on our office, team, your dental health, and a Welcome token of our appreciation. We pride ourselves on taking the time to educate our patients, and to assist them in coming to informed decisions regarding the course of their dental treatment. We understand that individual needs and circumstances vary. We will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is both appropriate and financially feasible for you.

Acceptable Insurance Plans

As a courtesy to you, we will work with you to maximize your insurable benefits. Through arrangements

at our office, we will facilitate the process of submitting your dental claims directly to your insurance

company. The remaining portion of the fees will be due and payable on the day treatment is provided.
